Italian American Lawyers of Orange County Monthly Dinner Meeting and Presentation of NIABA / IALOC Scholarship Award

Enjoy good food, good wine, and good company at our Monthly Dinner Meeting.   Bring a potential new member (friend, colleague, student) with you and introduce them to the board and current membership.

Also, please join us in congratulating the recipients of our law school student scholarship award; find out how their Italian American heritage influenced them to go to law school and pursue a career in law.

Early registration pricing of $65 for Members and $75 for Non-Members is available through August 10, 2018.  Any registrations after August 10, 2018 will incur a $5 late registration charge.

LEX ROMANA


The first ever IALOC meeting took place at Joseph D'Antony’s home at which his mother, Adelaide, prepared and served a grand, homemade Italian meal. Also in attendance was Frank Barbaro, John Di Caro, Hon. James DeCesare, Richard Pacelli, Frank Terreri, Joe DiVencenzo and several others. Over many courses of delectable Italian dishes and many bottles of Italian wine, the IALOC was born. At that meeting, the group chose the name “Lex Romana” meaning “Roman law.” The founding fathers of the IALOC knew they were destined to turn this fledgling idea into a reality so all Italian American lawyers in Orange County and their family and friends could share in their legal gastronomic endeavor.
